Under the sea, by the lake.  The weather has been cold and rainy this week, so we decided to take a trip to the Shedd Aquarium to check out the fish.  The boys loved it!

Hello sunshine!  We spent a week in Florida recently, the boys got to play in the surf and sand.  They weren’t so in love with the sand at first, but came around eventually!  It was 85 degrees and sunny every single day, we miss it already!

Spring has sprung!  Let’s go to the park…it has been such a great spring around here, it’s been so unseasonably warm and we’ve been able to play outside a lot more this year.  We took the boys over to the park to enjoy the sunshine.  So for week 14 of my 52-week photography project, I…

  • domesticdevotion - So much to love in these shots! Great incorporation of shadows, love the leading lines, the use of unique angles. You’re killing it! I wish his t-shirt were not the same color as the bench in the last one. It would be neat if it were one of the colors from the mural to make him pop.ReplyCancel

Better {together}.  It’s rare but sometimes the boys do play nicely togeher!  I  have proof, and as you can see it lasted about 5 seconds before they went off to do their own thing:

  • Ali C - Isn’t it perfect when they play together well? It’s a wonder they don’t do it more often! With my kids, it’s totally hit or miss – one minute it’s all perfect, the next chaos.ReplyCancel

I don’t think I will ever figure out the genetics here…how did I have a blue-eyed redhead?  I don’t know, but I love it.
