So…to continue with my blog posts showing images from my first few rolls of film, here are some shots with my first roll of color film.  Actually, my first roll of any film at all.  My friend Kim sent me some rolls of film and told me to test this particular film stock out while I was in Florida if I could, because it’s punchy and colorful and supposed to be at it’s best in bright daylight.  So here are some shots from that first roll of color film  (well I guess since the early 2000’s before digital took over!).  Thank you Kim!  I am falling in love with the fact that with film, there is no editing!  It is what it is.  There’s something about it, too.  The colors and tones just can’t be replicated with digital.

Canon EOS3 + 50mm + Kodak Ektar 100.  Processed and scanned at Indie Film Lab.
