I love this place

This little farm is around the corner from our place in Michigan.  I have been in love with it for as long as I can remember.  It was a centenniel farm that seems to have fallen on hard times lately and is now up for (gasp!) sale.  It could not be any cuter.  It is up on a little hill, surrounded by asparagus fields, with an old red barn and mature trees all over the place.  So we went to check it out recently.  How could I resist?  In every direction is the most charming view.  Sadly, the cute red barn is in such disrepair that I’m not sure it can be salvaged, and the house wasn’t in much better shape.  I so wish I could buy this old place – in my head I have a million plans for it.  Tim doesn’t seem quite as excited as me about that, however.  I just hope whoever buys it doesn’t knock it down.  It would be such a shame, the old place has a soul.
